Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of TryChatGet. By creating an account, using the service, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be handled individually. You agree not to participate in class or representative actions against TryChatGet regarding use of the service.

TryChatGet provides a workspace for working with supported AI models, chats, files, history, productivity tools, and related features.

Certain features, limits, models, or team capabilities may be offered as paid packages. Their terms are shown during checkout or in the plan description.

Model availability, speed, context, limits, and features may change depending on technical constraints, plan, load, provider policies, and security requirements.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for verifying results before using them in important decisions, especially legal, medical, financial, or safety matters.

If a minor uses TryChatGet, a responsible adult must supervise use of the service and ensure it is permitted under local law.

You may use TryChatGet only if you meet the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the security of your account, the accuracy of your email, and all actions performed under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use TryChatGet in accordance with these terms. All rights not expressly granted remain with TryChatGet and its licensors.

You may use AI responses for lawful purposes subject to these terms, provider policies, and the rights of third parties. We do not guarantee the uniqueness or suitability of results for a specific purpose.

TryChatGet retains all rights to the product, interface, brand, code, design, documentation, and other service materials, except content owned by users or third parties.

Paid plans may renew automatically according to the selected period. The price, period, and available features are shown during checkout. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout; no additional taxes or fees apply.

All purchases are final unless otherwise expressly required by law or stated in separate plan terms. Cancellation stops future charges but does not necessarily refund amounts already paid.

Do not attempt to bypass limitations, overload the service, access others’ data, or use TryChatGet for harmful actions.

A subscription can be canceled on the cancellation page or through support. After cancellation, access to paid features may remain until the end of the already-paid period.

You agree to use TryChatGet lawfully, not to upload malicious materials, not to infringe the rights of third parties, and not to enter data you have no right to process.

Reverse engineering, automated scraping, reselling access without permission, bypassing limits, generating illegal content, or using the service to harm others is prohibited.

We may restrict or block content and actions that violate the law, security policies, the rights of third parties, or the terms of third-party model providers.

You agree to defend TryChatGet against claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful use of the service, or content you provide.

To the extent permitted by law, TryChatGet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.

TryChatGet does not provide medical advice. AI responses do not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee continuity, freedom from errors, accuracy of AI responses, or conformance to specific expectations.

A violation of intellectual property, security, or confidentiality rights may cause irreparable harm, so TryChatGet may seek an injunction or other equitable relief.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, provider actions, natural disasters, war, or governmental restrictions.

The TryChatGet name, interface, design, code, logos, and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Do not use them without permission.

Notices of copyright infringement can be sent to support@trychatget.com with a sufficient description of the material, the rights, and the claimant’s contact details.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are part of these terms.

A request to delete an account can be sent through support. After confirmation, we will delete or anonymize data, except data we must retain by law or for security.

The service may contain links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content, security, or policies.

If TryChatGet is available through a mobile app or marketplace, additional terms of the relevant store or platform may apply.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the law applicable to Findies Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may update these terms. Continued use of TryChatGet after changes take effect means you agree to the updated terms.

Our failure to exercise a right does not mean we waive it in the future.

Section headings are added for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

You may not transfer rights or obligations under these terms without our consent. We may transfer these terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale of assets, or change of ownership.

If part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in force to the maximum extent permitted.

These terms, together with the policies they reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and TryChatGet regarding the service.
