1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, scripts, and device identifiers.
2. Types of cookies we use
TryChatGet may use several categories of cookies.
- Essential cookies: required for sign-in, sessions, security, and basic site operation.
- Functional cookies: remember settings, language, the last sign-in method, and other conveniences.
- Analytics cookies: help understand product usage, errors, and performance.
- Advertising or measurement cookies: may be used to measure campaigns when such integrations are active.
3. Specific cookies
Specific cookie names may vary depending on active integrations and environment. They may include TryChatGet session cookies, analytics identifiers, CSRF tokens, language settings, and consent state.

4. Third-party cookies
Third-party services such as analytics, payment providers, OAuth providers, or support services may set their own cookies in accordance with their policies.
Contentsquare records how the interface is used (session replay, heatmaps, surveys) only after your consent, with chat content, file names and account details masked, and stores that data in the EU (Ireland). You can withdraw consent at any time by rejecting non-essential cookies.
5. Managing cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings or through a consent tool, if available. Disabling essential cookies may break sign-in, payments, or security.
6. Data collected through cookies
Cookies may collect IP address, browser type, device, language, session time, pages, interaction events, errors, and approximate location.
7. Use of information from cookies
We use this data for security, stability, sign-in, personalization, analytics, improving UX, and measuring the effectiveness of the product or campaigns.
8. Automated decisions and profiling
We may use aggregated or pseudonymized events for segmentation, analytics, and product improvement. Important decisions about access or payments are not made solely on the basis of advertising cookies.
9. Data retention
Session cookies are usually deleted after the session ends. Other cookies may be stored from a few minutes to 24 months, depending on purpose and provider settings.
10. International transfers
Cookie data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we apply appropriate legal safeguards for such transfers.
11. Your rights
You can request access, deletion, correction, or object to certain processing through support@trychatget.com.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update the Cookie Policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page or in the service interface.
