Bank timelines
After a refund is approved, it may take a few business days for the bank or payment system to show the funds. Sometimes the refund appears as a reversal of the original transaction.
Confirmation
If more than 10 business days have passed since the refund was confirmed, contact support with the date, amount, and account email.
