Cancellation and refunds

Subscription payments are usually final unless otherwise required by law. Cancellation affects future charges, and does not automatically refund an already-paid period.

If there was a technical error, a duplicate charge, or you do not recognize a charge, write to us with the account email, the amount, the date, and the last 4 digits of the card if it is safe to do so.
